Assist the China Managing Director on daily business and financial management matters. Review GL, AP/AR and drive internal control and compliance processes. Monthly reporting of financial performance to Agency management/Group Finance. Prepare monthly and year-end closing, management reporting, and assist statutory and IFRS audits. Ensure timely tax filing, local file preparation, and regulatory compliance across all offices. Ensure corporate compliance and regulatory standards at each of the departments/sections/offices of the Company in coordination with Branch Managers. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by China MD and regional/group finance. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 10 years' experience in Accounting/Audit with at least 5 years in a Managerial Accounting role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Shipping industry knowledge and working experience is mandatory.
