Job Description Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for audio codec and smart amplifier ICs. Support customers in audio system design, including schematic review, debugging, and performance tuning. Conduct on‑site or remote technical discussions, product demonstrations, and application training. Work closely with internal R&D and product teams to relay customer feedback and support issue resolution. Assist sales teams with technical presentations, design‑in activities, and customer engagement. Prepare and maintain application notes, reference designs, and technical documentation. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Solid understanding of audio system architecture, including codecs, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and signal paths. Experience with audio debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and audio analysers. Familiarity with common audio interfaces (e.g. I²S, TDM, PCM) and system‑level integration. Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Willingness to travel for customer support when required.
