Provide prompt support for product quality concerns, technical inquiries and application-related issues. Conduct on-site troubleshooting, debugging, testing and root cause analysis at customer locations. Work closely with customer engineering, quality and procurement teams to drive issue resolution. Partner with internal R&D, manufacturing and quality teams to implement corrective actions. Build strong customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer development and decision-making processes. Support product qualification, validation and continuous improvement initiatives. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as: Field Application Engineer (FAE) Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) Product Engineer Experience in connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, interconnect, networking hardware or related products. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving capability. Familiarity with testing, validation, failure analysis and customer issue resolution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, quality and commercial teams. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Preferred Background Experience supporting Data Center, Cloud, Server or AI Infrastructure customers. Exposure to high-speed cable, connector or connectivity products. Experience working with North American customers.
