Job Description Own and operate the RedNote store end-to-end - listings, pricing, promotions, livestreaming and daily commercial performance - and lead the launch and scale-up of Tmall as the second major platform. Identify, evaluate and build the business case for new platforms and liaise with platform operations teams to secure premium placement, traffic support and event eligibility. Drive conversion-rate optimisation through data-driven testing of listings, creative, pricing and service responsiveness, and review all customer-facing content - product pages, store design, UX/UI, imagery and video - through the lens of what converts in China. Manage the third-party operating partner against clear KPIs through daily stand-ups, weekly reviews and performance audits with actionable feedback, ensuring brand standards and service-level benchmarks are met. Build a data-informed understanding of the Chinese online furniture consumer, run ongoing competitor analysis and improve the end-to-end digital experience from touchpoint to delivery and after-sales. Own a 12-month rolling plan with daily tactical execution and provide weekly performance reports and monthly business reviews in English to the CDO and Head Office covering revenue, marketing efficiency, channel ROI and operational blockers. Manage and optimise the e-commerce tool and analytics ecosystem, coordinate with IT on Portal access and WMS integration, and implement AI-powered solutions that automate workflows and accelerate decisions. Systematically manage e-commerce returns and coordinate with the logistics team to optimise inventory turnover and maintain healthy stock levels. The Successful Applicant 5+ years' e-commerce experience in China with direct P&L or revenue responsibility on platforms including 0-to-1 brand building on core platforms. Proven record of growing online revenue for premium, lifestyle or high-ticket brands in China. Hands-on expertise in Chinese social commerce - paid traffic, content strategy, livestreaming mechanics and KOL/influencer collaboration models. Advanced daily user of AI tools for content, data analysis, market research and workflow automation, using them to multiply output. Highly commercial thinker comfortable with P&L analysis, conversion funnels, marketing ROI and cohort-level tracking who connects every activity to revenue. Resourceful, decisive, comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building from scratch, with a hands-on work ethic and strong teamwork. Experience managing third-party service providers (TP/agency partners) and holding them accountable to KPIs and brand standards. E-commerce experience in premium furniture, homewares or high-ticket lifestyle categories. Understanding of cross-border e-commerce logistics, warehousing and customer-service standards in China. Experience launching a platform from zero, such as a Tmall flagship or Douyin shop. Familiarity with China-market competitors ; prior experience in managing e-commerce furniture brands preferred.
