Job Description

  • Take full responsibility for the P&L, inventory planning, and overall business performance across both domestic and cross-border Tmall flagship stores.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans, leveraging market trends, competitor insights, and platform traffic strategies to optimize product assortment and consumer targeting across different traffic channels.
  • Manage and optimize overall budget allocation and spending efficiency, ensuring a good profit model. Independently oversee budgeting, tracking, and compliance for the cross-border flagship store.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of in-platform paid media (RTB) campaigns, including audience targeting, channel mix optimization, and ROI improvement.
  • Define and drive live-streaming strategy for the domestic flagship store, including traffic acquisition, assortment planning, and conversion optimization to generate incremental growth.
  • Oversee customer service operations for both stores, continuously improving service standards, automated responses, and consumer experience to enhance conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and store ratings.
  • Manage key campaign activations (e.g., platform mega events and brand campaigns), ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and performance delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform stakeholders (e.g., Tmall category and channel managers).

The Successful Applicant

A successful EC KA Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a brand-side Tmall KA role.
  • Strong experience in the beauty/skincare industry is highly preferred. Experience managing both domestic and cross-border businesses is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership and results-driven mindset, with proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Tmall ecosystem, including traffic mechanics, paid media, category management, and live-streaming operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of profitability and operational efficiency.
