Job Description Work in conjunction with CEO to actively manage key property issues. Innovation of the courses in fitness centers Build brand awareness Daily operations of 3 fitness centers Assist the development of meaningful, achievable budgets and other short-term and long-term strategic goals. Provide effective leadership to the management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed expectations. Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and the results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action. The Successful Applicant - Experience of managing retail operations (national coverage, mutiple sites) with proven track records of increasing sales revenue with profits- Good at brand promotion and course innovation- Strong leadership, experience of managing 30+ people team ideally including sales, operations, tech and marketing teams- Love sports, working experience at fitness center or education center is a plus.
