This position requires both strategic thinking and strong execution skills in a complex, matrixed environment. 职责描述 Aftermarket Growth Strategy Define and implement a clear roadmap to expand incremental aftermarket revenue.Identify and capture new value streams, including service contracts, upgrades, retrofits, and lifecycle services. Multi-Brand Collaboration Drive alignment and cooperation across multiple brands to unlock synergies and shared opportunities.Develop integrated go-to-market approaches across different product and service lines. Solution-Based Offerings Develop and commercialize end-to-end aftermarket solutions, shifting from transactional business to value-added offerings.Create bundled solutions combining products, services, and digital capabilities. Business Ownership Oversee an aftermarket business with annual revenue above RMB 500 million.Deliver sustainable improvement in growth, profitability, and customer retention. Commercial Capability Enhancement Strengthen pricing, channel management, and key account strategies.Promote a transition toward solution selling and consultative engagement. Customer Value Creation Identify evolving customer needs and translate them into differentiated service offerings.Enhance lifecycle management and long-term customer relationships. Cross-Functional Cooperation Work closely with sales, product, engineering, operations, and digital teams to ensure consistent execution.Build strong alignment across regions and business units 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. Proven track record managing an aftermarket or service business with revenue ≥ RMB 500 million. Strong experience in: Aftermarket solution design and commercialization, Multi-brand or multi-business integration, Aftermarket growth and incremental market development. Background in industrial sectors such as machinery, automation, energy, equipment, or heavy industry is preferred. Experience with P&L responsibility and commercial decision-making. Ability to balance strategy development with practical implementation.
