Job Description

  • Develop and implement global category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps
  • Drive cost, performance, and risk optimization through spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier segmentation
  • Lead RFx processes, commercial negotiations, and contract structuring
  • Own relationships with key strategic suppliers, including QBRs and performance management
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle in close collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and savings tracking

The Successful Applicant

A successful Direct Material Commodity Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
  • Solar / photovoltaic industry experience is highly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of supplier qualification, process validation, and failure analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex supplier issues and influence stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
