  • Lead the development and deployment of digital solutions to address business needs.
  • Deeply understand omnichannel landscape, including evolving B2B a nd B2C dynamics, regional differences, and future channel shifts.
  • Identify high potential segments and coverage models that can unlock new growth and improve coverage and coverage quality.
  • Design advanced, data-driven Route-to Market Models, defining how digital tools can enable business capture with precision and sc alability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Solution Manager should have:

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital strategy, transformation, or commercial operations; bilingual (Mandarin & English) preferred.
  • Deep understanding of channel strategy, omnichannel retail, and B2B/B2C commercial models within FMCG or consumer sectors.
  • Ability to link digital levers directly to business performanc, efficiency, and commercial expansion.
  • Proven capability to manage multi stakeholder programs, deliver at pace, and sustain high governance standards.
  • Structured communicator who can engag e senior leadership and drive alignment.
