Act as the core PMO for the enterprise Power BI program, establishing and promoting project management standards, methodologies, and practices.
Lead coordination with various business functions by facilitating discussion to deeply understand business pain points and translate ambiguous needs into clear, quantifiable KPI frameworks and insightful dashboard layouts.
Develop and manage the Power BI project roadmap, assess project priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards.
Develop mechanisms to track and analyze dashboard usage, regularly assessing report adoption rates, user feedback, and business impact to quantify the value delivered by BI projects.
Lead a cross-functional continuous improvement group to periodically review and iterate on existing dashboards

理想的求职者

A successful Data Excellence Lead should have:

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), data governance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a project management or team leadership capacity.
Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end BI or data projects within a complex, large scale enterprise or multinational corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Microsoft Certification: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or higher-level relevant certifications will be highly regarded.
