Ensure that all initiatives are implemented within the current budget and anticipate potential deviations to adjust accordingly. Propose continuous improvements to keep the program attractive and competitive. Follow up on the technical implementation together with the local and global Tech teams, ensuring that all necessary requests are available to them. Support Customer Service in resolving any questions that may arise. The Successful Applicant University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Languages: Chinese and English, business level. Passion for fashion. At least 2 years of experience managing a Loyalty Program, preferably in the fashion industry. Experience with loyalty tech solutions and CRM solutions, with the ability to write functional requirements. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactivity: the role requires proactively proposing new solutions and ideas. Organization: strong organizational skills are essential to succeed.
