Job Description

  • Define and implement the Loyalty Program in alignment with the Global strategy.
  • Support brand positioning within the market by elevating benefit experiences in line with fashion industry standards.
  • Benchmark practices in the fashion industry, specifically among brands, moving away from typical discount-based schemes.
  • Follow up on and coordinate the program across online and offline channels with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Define the benefits of structure, focusing on improving retention.
  • Define attractive perks based on relevant experiences, managing end-to-end execution both in and outside stores.
  • Align the communication strategy with online and offline peers.
  • Analyze the impact and results of the program together with the Data team, adjusting based on observed insights.
  • Prepare reports summarizing the program's impact and present to Management.
  • Properly segment customers to maximize the program's impact and obtain relevant insights, comparing online and offline customers.
  • Ensure that all initiatives are implemented within the current budget and anticipate potential deviations to adjust accordingly.
  • Propose continuous improvements to keep the program attractive and competitive.
  • Follow up on the technical implementation together with the local and global Tech teams, ensuring that all necessary requests are available to them.
  • Support Customer Service in resolving any questions that may arise.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Chinese and English, business level.
  • Passion for fashion.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a Loyalty Program, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Experience with loyalty tech solutions and CRM solutions, with the ability to write functional requirements.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity: the role requires proactively proposing new solutions and ideas.
  • Organization: strong organizational skills are essential to succeed.
