We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of HVAC to lead the company's HVAC business development, technical innovation, and operational management. The incumbent will formulate and implement the overall development strategy of the HVAC business, drive team building and performance improvement, and ensure the achievement of the company's sales, profit and market expansion goals in the HVAC field.

职责描述

1. Develop and execute the long-term and short-term development strategies of the HVAC business, combined with industry trends, market demand and company development objectives, and adjust the strategy in a timely manner according to the implementation effect.2. Lead the sales, marketing, technical R&D and project delivery teams of the HVAC business, build a high-performance professional team, and complete the team's recruitment, training, assessment and incentive management.3. Responsible for the overall operation and performance management of the HVAC business, including sales target setting, cost control, profit optimization, and ensure the achievement of the company's annual business indicators.4. Explore and develop high-quality market resources and customer channels, establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with key customers, industry partners and relevant institutions, and expand the company's market share in the HVAC industry.5. Oversee the technical R&D and product optimization of HVAC products/solutions, focus on industry technological innovation and application trends, promote the research and development of new products, new technologies and new processes, and improve the technical competitiveness of products.6. Manage the whole process of key HVAC projects, including project pre-sales communication, scheme design, bidding, construction supervision and after-sales service, ensure the smooth delivery and customer satisfaction of projects.7. Conduct in-depth research on the HVAC industry policy, market competition pattern and industry risks, formulate risk prevention and control measures, and avoid operational, market and technical risks of the business.8. Coordinate the resource allocation between the HVAC business department and other functional departments of the company, ensure the efficient operation of the business, and report the business development status, key issues and solutions to the senior management in a timely manner.9. Participate in the company's major strategic decision-making, and put forward professional suggestions on the company's overall development combined with the development of the HVAC business.

理想的求职者

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering or related majors;2. More than 10 years of working experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years of senior management experience in HVAC business operation, sales or retail channel management, and have a proven track record of managing the team to complete business indicators.3. Familiar with the whole industrial chain of the HVAC industry, including product R&D, production, sales, project implementation and after-sales service, and have a deep understanding of industry trends, technological development and market demand.4. Have strong market development and customer resource integration capabilities, with rich high-quality customer resources and channel resources in the HVAC industry is an advantage.5. Proficient in HVAC professional technology and product knowledge, able to guide the team to carry out technical scheme design and R&D innovation, and have a keen insight into industry technological innovation.6. Excellent leadership, team management and organizational coordination capabilities, able to build and lead a cross-departmental and multi-disciplinary team to achieve business goals.7. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making ability8. Fluent English
