The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the 2B industrial or project-based construction material sector. Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to develop and execute business plans. A strong hunter mindset, with a track record of securing large deals and expanding client bases. Exceptional management skills, capable of inspiring, mentoring, and motivating a large team to achieve outstanding results. Ability to drive change and manage transformational initiatives, overcoming obstacles and leveraging opportunities effectively. Energetic, and passionate about managing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Proficiency in 2B industrial business, with deep expertise in key account management and dealer channel strategies.
