Job Description

  • Serve as the key finance business partner to commercial leaders, providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance review processes for commercial functions.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing dynamics and profitability drivers to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
  • Support tender, reimbursement and pricing initiatives by evaluating financial implications and scenario outcomes.
  • Develop business cases and investment analyses to support commercial initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business planning, KPI management and continuous performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering within a multinational healthcare or medical device company.
  • Strong understanding of commercial finance processes, including forecasting, pricing, profitability and business performance management.
  • Exposure to volume-based procurement (VBP) and tender-driven business environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering directly with commercial leadership teams.
