Participate in technology planning aligned with business goals. Organisation Development Build and grow local engineering capabilities. Hire, mentor and develop technical professionals. Create an environment focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Contribute to workforce planning and organisational design. Architecture and Infrastructure Guide architecture across backend systems, cloud environments, and platform services. Evaluate technologies and operational models suitable for the China market. Ensure secure and resilient infrastructure operations. Security and Regulatory Programmes Manage initiatives related to MLPS 2.0 implementation and certification. Coordinate ICP filing activities where applicable. Drive projects associated with the Data Security Law (DSL) and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Establish governance practices related to cybersecurity and data protection. Evaluate and implement Chinese commercial cryptography standards, including SM2, SM3 and SM4 where required. International Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary technology counterpart for overseas management teams. Align priorities among regional business and technology stakeholders. Facilitate communication across different markets and functional groups. Translate local requirements into actionable technology initiatives The Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years of experience in backend engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or security engineering.Proven experience in managing engineering teams, projects, or technology functions.Experience participating in technical recruitment and team-building activities.Business-level English communication skills.Strong execution capabilities and ability to work effectively within a multinational operating environment.Hands-on experience delivering and operating production systems.
