As part of its ongoing investment in China, the company is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to drive operational excellence and support future growth Job Description Lead end-to-end supply chain and operational activities in China.Develop and execute sourcing and supplier management strategies.Drive supplier cost reduction, delivery improvement, and performance management initiatives.Manage inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.Support ERP implementation, system optimization, and digital transformation projects.Build strong partnerships with local and international suppliers.Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure alignment between customer demand and supply capabilities.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service levels.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational requirements.Work closely with regional and global leadership teams to support business objectives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above.Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Management.Strong track record in supplier development, cost reduction, and delivery performance improvement.Experience participating in or launching ERP implementation projects.Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work in an international environment.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Industrial, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, technical products, or related sector experience preferred.Self-driven, hands-on, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment.
