  • Lead negotiations and manage key accounts to ensure long-term success.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with market needs.
  • Oversee the development of proposals and presentations for potential partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and business development team in Shanghai.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders.
