Job Description

  • Define and drive the company's scientific and R&D strategy
  • Oversea target identification, evaluation, and project prioritization
  • Establish a robust portfolio review and decision-making framework
  • Guide programs from discovery through preclinical development
  • Assess emerging technologies, novel targets, and licensing opportunities
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across biology, pharmacology, translational science, and chemistry teams
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing scientific organization



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong scientific capability in oncology and immunology.
  • Experience setting research direction and reviewing scientific priorities.
  • Ability to assess scientific evidence and use it to guide research decisions.
  • Experience working across Life Sciences functions on scientific activities.
  • Clear understanding of oncology and immunology research approaches.
  • Ability to communicate scientific plans and findings clearly to colleagues.
