Financial Strategy & Management Develop financial strategies and annual plans for the company and funds, ensuring a healthy financial structure and efficient capital use Build and optimize financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting Provide financial insights for decision‑making, including investment modeling, return analysis, and scenario assessments 2. Fund Operations & Compliance Oversee full‑cycle fund operations across fundraising, investment, management, and exit Manage fund ledgers, valuation processes, NAV calculation, and disclosure requirements Collaborate with custodians, auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure compliance Apply regulatory requirements from relevant authorities (e.g., CSRC, AMAC) 3.
