Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients and partners.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful International Sales professional should have:

  • A strong background in sales, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing international sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of international trade and market dynamics.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to manage sales processes and reporting.
  • Fluency in multiple languages would be advantageous.
