  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain key talent.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salary structures and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute performance management and reward programmes.
  • Analyse and report on compensation and benefits data to support business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement through tailored rewards programmes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful C&B Head should have:
