Provide customers with systematic and comprehensive solutions for cross domain technology. 职责描述 · Responsible for undertaking the strategic business objectives of the business group within the company, coordinating and managing various departments, and being accountable for the future strategic development, current business indicators, and market position of the business group.· Responsible for formulating and implementing annual business goals for business group customers and product line dimensions, achieving full process business expansion and process control of projects, ensuring effective performance growth, and achieving business goals.· Responsible for overall customer management of the business group, collecting and analyzing customer market information, developing overall strategies for customer development, and being accountable for customer satisfaction.· Responsible for the full lifecycle management of products and projects, ensuring the financial and market success of products, and meeting customer requirements for product performance and delivery time.· Responsible for building and optimizing the overall management system of the business group, ensuring the achievement of goals such as product research and development, engineering technology, quality management, manufacturing and shipping, product cost, manufacturing mode upgrade, digital transformation, etc., and promoting the continuous improvement of capabilities and efficiency in various fields.· Responsible for building and optimizing management systems such as human resources, cost budgeting and operational data, management promotion, internal supervision and control, etc., to improve internal operational efficiency. 理想的求职者 · Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred.· 15+years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with 5+years of full value chain work experience in BG or product line operations.· Possess strong strategic thinking and business sensitivity, excellent full chain team leadership.· Fluent in English, suitable as a working language, with extensive experience in liaising with major European and US hightech hardware clients. 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary Additional benefits including bonus and stock options.
