Job Description Obtain, identify and summarize information and data from public sources and third parties across the lithium supply chain i.e. exports, sales, production, inventory, prices of lithium raw materials, chemicals, batteries, EVs and more Conduct competitor analysis based on public information to understand their strategies, business landscapes, commercial relationships, investments, costs, technologies, financials, among others Carry out ad-hoc in-depth analysis/research on specific topics across the supply chain assigned in both quantitative and qualitative ways Build relationships with upstream and downstream industry participants and consultants to cross-check information, keep up with the developments and acquire different perspectives on market dynamics Provide continuous improvements in data and information collection and analysis to optimize accuracy and efficiency Lead Business Intelligence Analyst and work alongside Technology Intelligence Lead to accomplish the goals Work closely with and provide frequent support to the market study team and price & planning team in the HQs Interact cross-functionally with sales, quality, production teams within the organization to better carry out the tasks The Successful Applicant Full working proficiency in Chinese and English languages in reading, writing, and speaking. Spanish is a plus. Experience, knowledge and connections in the lithium battery supply chain is advantageous. Strong analytical mind and business acumen and required to understand and process a diverse range and sources of information. Bachelor's degree in data-analysis, chemicals, finance, business. Master's degree is a plus. International study/work experience is advantageous. Advanced user of MS Office Suite. Data analysis and modelling skills are highly preferred. Well-organized, proactive, multitasking, responsible with an aptitude for problem solving. Team management experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with different functions within the organization.
