The commercial model combines direct engagement with selected partners, and the business is now entering a new growth phase with increased focus on strengthening local market coverage and commercial performance. 

Job Description

  • Take full ownership of the China business, including sales performance, market development and overall P&L direction
  • Define and execute commercial strategy to expand customer base and improve revenue quality
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a small local team, setting clear targets and driving execution discipline
  • Strengthen pipeline visibility and sales processes to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate closely with global teams on product positioning, pricing strategy and technical alignment
  • Identify new market opportunities across existing and adjacent customer segment

The Successful Applicant

  • MUST have EXTRUSION sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within capital equipment or industrial machinery
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial models, with exposure to complex solution selling
  • Ability to navigate technical sales environments and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid track record in driving revenue growth and managing business performance
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on and structured approach
  • High level of ownership, resilience and results orientation
  • Fluent English communication skill
