职责描述

Data Visualisation Design: Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, offering clear data analysis to management and business teams.
Data Integration and Management: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate data from various sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, sales systems), guaranteeing data accuracy and consistency.
Business Insight Analysis: Use Power BI to examine business data, spot trends and opportunities, and back up company strategic decisions with data.
Technical Support and Training: Train team members in Power BI usage, enabling efficient data analysis with the tool.
Project Management: Oversee Power BI project planning, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring on - time delivery and alignment with business needs.

理想的求职者

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX formulas, visualisation design).
Familiar with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools; capable of data cleaning and processing.
Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years of Power BI development experience; experience in the pet or consumer goods industry is preferred.
Ability to independently develop complex reports and dashboards.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with different departments.
Strong logical thinking; can extract valuable business insights from data.
