Job Description Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across government, SOEs, and industry. Promote certification programs and services through meetings, seminars, and industry events. Identify and convert new business opportunities aligned with KPI targets (new certifications and relationships). Provide accurate information and support to prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with the Chief Representative and regional team on business development strategies. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years' experience in business development or marketing within oil & gas, manufacturing, or related sectors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of certification, quality systems, and industry standards. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with ability to plan and execute growth initiatives. Proficiency in English and MS Office; familiarity with databases and web applications is a plus. What's on Offer Competitive salary package ranging from CNY 450000 to CNY 550000 annually. Additional benefits include a base salary for 12 months plus a 1-month bonus.
