Identify potential new markets, product opportunities, and emerging trends to inform business strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and some of the dealerships. Understand client requirements and provide customized office furniture solutions to meet their needs. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and post-sales support. Generate new business leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending trade shows and industry events. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless business operations. 理想的求职者 Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the office space solution industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and client management abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of office furniture products, trends, and design principles.
