  • 参与基金投资全流程，包括项目筛选、尽调、执行及投后管理
  • 进行行业研究、市场分析及投资机会挖掘
  • 搭建及维护财务模型，完成估值分析及投资相关材料
  • 协助开展尽职调查与交易执行
  • 支持投后项目的战略规划及运营跟踪



The Successful Applicant

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 2-4年相关工作经验，来自外资投行（并购方向优先）或美元基金（PE/VC）
  • 具备较强的财务分析能力和建模能力
  • 英文流利，沟通表达能力强
  • 主动性强，抗压性好
