Job Description

1.Manage regulatory affairs activities for Thailand manufacturing operations and commercial products.

2.Develop and execute regulatory strategies for Thailand and ASEAN markets.

3.Support product registration, notification, license maintenance, and post-approval regulatory activities.

4.Review formulations, ingredients, technical documents, product claims, and labeling for regulatory compliance.

5.Monitor regulatory developments and provide regulatory intelligence to internal stakeholders.

6.Partner with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.

7.Support customer projects by assessing regulatory feasibility and market entry requirements.

8.Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and external regulatory partners.

9.Identify regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions to support business objectives.

10.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of regional regulatory processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.

2.8+ years of regulatory affairs experience within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, consumer health products, or related industries.

3.Regional regulatory experience covering Thailand is mandatory.

4.Practical regulatory experience across multiple ASEAN markets.

5.Strong understanding of product registration, ingredient compliance, labeling, advertising claims, and market access requirements.

6.Experience supporting products manufactured for both local markets and export destinations.

7.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

8.Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.

9.Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

10.Experience within multinational companies, regional regulatory roles, or contract manufacturing environments would be an advantage.
