Job Description

Strategic Alignment & Market Adaptation
* Act as the regional alignment layer between global brand priorities and APAC market realities
* Ensure global strategies are adapted to local context, including market maturity and brand positioning , cultural nuances across APAC markets
* C onsolidate market feedback and provide structured inputs to global teams on priorities, risks, and opportunities
Regional Marketing Calendar Management
* Develop and implement a unified APAC marketing calendar across markets.
* Align campaign timing, sequencing, and key commercial moments across markets
* Identify overlaps, gaps, and optimization opportunities to maximize regional impact
Campaign Planning & Launch Excellence
* Lead primary campaign planning discussions with global and local teams and coordinate launch readiness , including RSP alignment, 360° campaign GTM plans, ensure clarity on deliverables, and timelines across markets .
* Drive consistency in execution while allowing relevant local adaptations
Performance Tracking & Post - Campaign Reviews
* Establish clear APAC post-campaign review frameworks priority launches across markets, tracking campaign performance
* Consolidate insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns
* Ensure a continuous improvement loop between markets and global teams
Meeting Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
* Structure and facilitate key regional and global interactions, including SIM (Strategic
International Meetings), B&M (Brand & Market) sessions and Brand/market visits
* Transform meetings into focused, agenda-driven sessions with clear objectives, defined outputs and strong follow-up discipline
* Improve efficiency and ensure alignment across stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* 7- 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, beauty, or FMCG
* Strong experience in multi - market coordination and campaign execution in APAC
* Exposure to both global brand environments and local market dynamics
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
* APAC Language is plus
Skills & Competencies:
* Ability to balance strategy and execution with a hands - on mindset
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Data - driven approach with the capability to derive insights from performance tracking
