Client Relationship Management Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and government/sovereign entities to drive deal flow. Transaction Execution Oversight Oversee structuring, pricing, and execution of bond issuances and debt solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions. Market Intelligence & Advisory Provide clients with insights on market trends, interest rate movements, investor demand, and optimal issuance timing. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of originators; set performance targets and drive a high-performance culture. Cross-Product Collaboration Work closely with syndicate, sales, trading, derivatives, and coverage banking teams to deliver integrated financing solutions. Revenue Generation & P&L Accountability Own origination revenue targets across APAC, ensuring sustainable profitability and pipeline growth. Regulatory & Risk Management Oversight Ensure compliance with regional regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies; manage reputational and execution risks. 理想的求职者 Extensive DCM Experience ~15+ years in debt capital markets, with a strong track record in origination across APAC markets.
