This position sits within the investor relations and fundraising function of a venture capital firm focused on high-growth technology investments. Working closely with the Head of IR, you will support USD-denominated fundraising activities, LP engagement, due diligence processes, and international communications initiatives.

• Familiar with custody & Fund accounting
• Good experience in securities servicse and asset servicing

• Extensive network of investors, including institutional investors, pension funds, insurers, multi‑family offices, and UHNW platforms with an active interest in private equity secondaries.
• Proven track record of successful private equity exits, including structuring, negotiating, and executing liquidity strategies across diverse portfolios

• Prior experience as Fund Sales in Fund Houses / Private Banks
• Familiar with private & retail banking intermediaries
• Good knowledge in pubic and alternative products market

垂类赛道百亿规模基金招募美元投资者关系董事总经理/执行董事，工作地北京/香港。该职位偏好人选有至少5年以上知名基金美元募资全流程工作经验，并在近三年以内成功落地过超过一亿美金的资金落地的经验，有团队管理经验，英语近母语水平，工作之前有过在海外至少5年以上的生活和学习的经验。
