职责描述

Lead regional SAP/ERP transformation initiatives, driving process standardization and business alignment across multiple markets.
Own the end-to-end O2C (Order-to-Cash) workstream, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
Drive the implementation of project-based business management capabilities within the ERP landscape.
Ensure seamless integration across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance functions.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align business requirements with enterprise standards and target operating models.
Lead testing, data migration, user training, change management and business adoption activities.
Manage cross-functional teams, key users, external consultants and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.

理想的求职者

8+ years of SAP implementation, ERP transformation or business process transformation experience
Proven track record l*eading SAP rollout, implementation or large-scale transformation programs
Strong expertise in SAP SD / O2C processes, with exposure to SAP PS and cross-functional process integration (FI/CO, MM, PP)
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ETO (Engineer-to-Order), MTO (Make-to-Order) or project-based business models
Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures and functions within regional or global organizations
Fluent English with strong communication, workshop facilitation and change management capabilities
