The SAP FICO Manager position will be responsible for SAP project roll out from zero to both APAC and global business. It will lead a team of consultants in charge of planning, implementation and delivery.

The role acts as the global point of contact for SAP Finance, supporting users with system issues, training, month‑end activities, and process optimization. It also drives global standardization by analysing existing workflows, testing new functions, and supporting rollout projects to ensure consistent and efficient financial operations.

• 短期：优化物流中心管理制度、流程、物流系统（厂内物流、SAP-ERP、WMS、TMS），统筹梳理运输线路规划，完善供应商管理体系，提升团队专业化操作水平和服务效率。
• 中长期：制定战略性承运商采购策略，建立长期、稳定、可信赖的供应商；逐步降低采购成本，提升经营效益。
