Partner with Finance, Controlling, Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize business requirements across the SAP FICO landscape. Own and manage the product backlog, delivery roadmap, and release planning to ensure timely and high-quality solution deployment. Design, enhancement, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and related finance processes. Drive regional and global SAP transformation initiatives, working closely with business and technical teams to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency. Oversee system integration between SAP FICO and other enterprise applications, including MM, SD, Treasury, Tax, BI/Analytics, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective communication, governance, change management, and adoption of new solutions. Monitor industry trends, SAP product innovations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Analyze solution performance, business outcomes, and user feedback, providing recommendations for enhancements and future roadmap planning. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, or SAP Applications leadership roles within multinational FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Retail organizations. Strong hands-on SAP FICO expertise, with deep understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Financial Reporting Proven experience regional (APAC) and/or global SAP FICO projects, including large-scale implementations, rollouts, harmonization programs, S/4HANA migrations, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Strong understanding of Finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP and data solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
