We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support a global SAP S/4HANA Phase 2 rollout. This role will focus on testing, issue management, end-user enablement, data migration, and cutover activities while collaborating closely with international stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA Phase 2 testing activities across business functions
  • Evaluate system functionality, identify process gaps, and drive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with global business and IT teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved
  • Support data migration planning, execution, and validation activities
  • Manage cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
  • Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure successful system adoption
  • Gather user feedback and recommend process or system improvements
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when required

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP PM professional should have:

  • Proven experience in SAP project management or SAP implementation projects
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in rollout, testing, migration, or deployment phases
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with multinational stakeholders
  • Experience in end-user training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
