Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review and analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Mentor and guide junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement good practices.

A successful Accounting Assistant Manager should have:

A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
