  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, offering financial expertise and guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of supporting strategic business decisions through financial expertise.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance would be advantageous
