Analyze organizational structure and talent review results; provide insights on talent acquisition needs and workforce optimization. Build and enhance recruitment COE frameworks, including methodologies, tools, and standardized processes. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Lead end‑to‑end hiring for critical, core, and senior-level positions, with a strong focus on high-end recruitment. Establish and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes to improve efficiency and talent quality. Drive digitalization and standardization of recruitment processes, enhancing overall Talent Acquisition (TA) capability. Channel Development & Management Manage and optimize all recruitment channels (job boards, industry networks, talent pools, internal referrals, etc.) to maximize channel ROI. Demonstrate deep understanding of headhunter operating models and effectively manage, evaluate, and collaborate with external vendors. Leverage prior headhunting experience, if applicable, to strengthen high-end talent acquisition capabilities. Team Leadership & Development Lead and coach the recruitment team (with a focus on high-end hiring), fostering capability building and developing replicable practices. Oversee team goal setting, performance management, and professional development. Allocate and manage team resources efficiently in a fast‑growing business environment to ensure high-quality delivery. Business Partnership & Key Projects Build deep understanding of business evolution, operating models, and key priorities to act as a strategic talent partner. Lead cross-functional recruiting projects such as campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipeline development. Provide talent market insights and benchmark analysis to support business decision-making. 理想的求职者 Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred. Work Experience 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with senior or high-end hiring experience preferred. Proven experience managing a recruitment team (typically 3-10 people). Prior headhunting experience or extensive collaboration with search firms is a strong plus. Experience working in fast-growing industries (e.g., Internet, high-tech, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, consumer goods) is highly preferred. Professional Competencies Strong recruitment strategy development skills, COE capability, and ability to solve complex hiring challenges. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including senior talent profiling, competitor mapping, and channel strategy. Strong business acumen, market insight, and understanding of industry talent trends.
