An international coatings company is seeking a Sales Director to oversee its project-based architectural coatings business in China. This role focuses on driving commercial success within the engineering and construction sectors, particularly through direct engagement with developers, contractors, and design institutes.

Own the technical roadmap, architecture, and industrialisation of our atmospheric and vacuum wafer-transfer systems from concept to mass production.

The primary responsibility is to manage investments projects on multiple existing plants and a new green field plant construction project in China.
It is also a key interface between HQ Operations Direction team in France and local teams.
