该职位主要带领上百号人团队负责全球的零售业务（国内+海外市场）。

作为财务一号位，您将负责监督公司的财务战略规划、预算管理、财务报告、税务规划和资金管理。您将与高级管理团队紧密合作，用数字化方式赋能业务发展，确保财务决策与公司的整体战略目标保持一致。

1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；

2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；

1.制定新零售项目的产品与平台营销的规划及方案，并确保方案有效执行；

2.负责新零售的运营管理，根据市场反馈对运营进行数据分析，制定营销推广方案；

1、为销售团队赋能，提升区域门店运营水平和能力并达成业绩稳定、持续增长；
2、团队培训，提升门店精细化运营能力，增加员工对于品牌的强烈认同感，从而提升整体企业文化；
3、通过对销售流程的提升，确保用户获得良好体验及品牌忠诚度。
