该职位主要带领上百号人团队负责全球的零售业务（国内+海外市场）。

作为财务一号位，您将负责监督公司的财务战略规划、预算管理、财务报告、税务规划和资金管理。您将与高级管理团队紧密合作，确保财务决策与公司的整体战略目标保持一致。

1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；

2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；

制定并执行公司的公关策略，提升公司及品牌知名度和美誉

1. 整体把控万宁线上电商（大贸+跨境）采购业务，带领电商采购团队进行商品类目整体的品类规划、制定商品引进规划，制定销售计划及预算，完成部门指标，推动各类目的持续健康发展。
2. 负责产品规划，上游资源、供应商资源的开发、引进 ，价格谈判及品质稳定，能够给公司带来优势价值链或竞争力的产品。
