The role reports to China GM directly, managing a team to develop the retail store business

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to co-control our quality of product within the factories we are working with as a brand representative. The role involves driving project completion, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring targets of product quality are met.

As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible to lead multi-categories team, responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring product quality, and managing procurement operations across multiple categories.

We are looking for someone who has a good sense of product to source fabric and replicate what's coming in at Zara etc. This person needs to be involved from the start when a fabric is sent out, visit Zara to see the main fabrics, and have extensive knowledge of mills, including key mills like Zara's.
