Operation Excellence and process improvement

制定和实施电商战略：负责制定并执行定制家居抖音快手等新媒体电商业务相关的战略和计划，确保实现销售目标和业绩增长。

抖音快手等电商平台管理：负责管理抖音快手等电商平台的运营和维护，包括产品上架、促销活动、价格策略、库存管理等。

梳理品牌定位，根据品牌定位和产品定位结合市场需求制作并运营内容，以内容为驱动力提升销售和品牌势能。

主导亚马逊电商平台的全盘战略规划、定位、业务架构及运营模式，确保各项工作的有序开展。

根据公司战略及产品规划，制定各平台和运营部的新品业绩目标和计划，并有效传达给全员。
