The Plant Controller role in the FMCG industry focuses on overseeing accounting and controlling at a manufacturing site. Based in Shanghai, this position requires strong financial acumen and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the brewery you will oversee all aspects of the business, from strategic planning to commercial, manufacturing, daily operations and finance, with a primary focus on driving growth, profitability, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, leading the executive team, and ensuring the brewery's financial health and compliance.
