An international organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development across Asia is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its newly established office in China. The organization works with investors and companies to drive transformation in key areas such as energy transition, sustainable protein, and green buildings.

The primary responsibility is to manage investments projects on multiple existing plants and a new green field plant construction project in China.
It is also a key interface between HQ Operations Direction team in France and local teams.

We are looking for a Technical Engineer r*esponsible for an area of intervention that will mainly involve aromatics compounding technologies and products. Working closely with our commercial business unit as well as its project operations BD, industrial operations BD, legal department, etc.; your assignment will involve short-term overseas travel.

* 端到端产品落地：从需求洞察、产品定义、开发跟进到量产上市，完整负责一条人形机器人产品线，确保功能、成本与交付周期达到既定目标。
* 跨学科协同枢纽：作为软硬件、算法、供应链、市场与客户之间的桥梁，用一致的产品语言和度量指标推动团队高效决策。

* 统筹全生命周期质量测试：从原型机到批量交付，建立覆盖硬件、软件、算法、安全的测试体系，确保机器人在运动控制、视觉识别、语音交互、电池管理等关键场景下的稳定性与可靠性。
* 打造高效测试团队：组建并管理 20+ 人跨学科测试团队，制定流程规范、自动化框架与度量指标，推动缺陷闭环周期≤24 小时，持续降低现场故障率。

• 全盘质量管理：负责从研发项目启动到产品交付的全过程质量把控，确保产品质量符合公司及行业标准。
  
• 研发质量提升：深入研发环节，优化研发流程，提高研发效率与质量，降低研发风险。
  

The ESG Expert will focus on enhancing sustainability strategies within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, specifically in the energy and natural resources department. Based in Beijing, this role requires expertise in ESG frameworks and their application to drive environmental and social impact.
