职责描述

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets. Work for organizing and optimizing the factory's production system, quality assurance system, and cost control system to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Guide and supervise factory planning, production, management, raw material supply, and quality-related work; handle emergencies promptly to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production schedule progress, convene coordination meetings in a timely manner, resolve bottlenecks and anomalies to ensure effective implementation of production plans.
Organize and oversee the control of production processes, including technology, quality, equipment, cost, output, and personnel indicators.
Maintain real-time awareness of quality status during production; coordinate communication among departments to resolve issues promptly.
Implement and execute the company's cost control to reduce various factory costs while continuously improving output and ensuring quality.
Organize the drafting, inspection, supervision, control, and execution of systems related to production, equipment, safety, and environmental protection; possess comprehensive production concepts and rich practical experience.
Work for safety education and control; strictly enforce safety regulations and operating procedures; conduct real-time supervision and inspection to ensure safe production and prevent major accidents such as fires, equipment damage, or personal injury.

理想的求职者

A successful Plant Director should have:

Bachelor's degree or above.
Over 10 years of production management experience in foreign-invested enterprises.
Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry (e.g., food, cosmetics, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals).
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
