We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sourcing Director to lead our sourcing operations for hand tools and power tools. As the Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and quality improvements.

• 根据公司战略布署,全面负责电商业务的统筹规划;
• 负责组织制定合理的、有效的电商经营策略以及运营方案,完成公司下达的销售任务和利润指标

• 对公司商品企划，采购，选品，计调，运营及库存控制等商品相关事宜全权负责；
• 根据公司经营目标，完成全年采购及费用预算分解，定期复盘修正目标，调整行动方案，确保采购及营运目标达成

This is a green field manufacturing plant which will have mass production in Q3 2024.

The Production Manager for our new wet electronic chemicals factory will be responsible for overseeing and managing all production-related activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This individual will be instrumental in developing and implementing production strategies, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement.

The Shipping Engineering Service and Equipment General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our business operations. This includes providing engineering and maintenance services, spare parts assistance, and safety services such as fire fighting, life-saving, and rescue. The successful candidate will lead key functions, including commercial sales, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and technical services.

1、建立业务数据体系规划，为管理者提供决策支持；

2、针对商业场景，通过数据挖掘和量化分析，为战略、产品、运营提供深度洞见；

3、快速精准的发现业务问题，通过深入分析寻找改善机会，跟进重点项目专题挖掘支持支持业务提效；

1、负责海外事业部的全面运营管理工作，并根据公司战略规划及行业发展趋势，制定落实事业部经营与销售目标及市场策略和产品策略，并对海外事业部业绩目标达成和预算管控负全责；

2、负责海外产品线规划、产品更新迭代、市场需求、客户需求的研究、及海外产品研发项目推动工作；

• 领导IT审计工作，包括开发IT审计框架、规划年度IT审计任务，并执行审计项目直至报告完成。
• IT相关的内部审计任务包括网络安全、IT一般控制、应用控制、系统实施、变更管理、业务连续性、信息安全、运营和咨询项目等。
• 与IT、信息安全和工程团队广泛互动，并在产品安全、数据安全和漏洞领域执行项目顺利。

直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行
团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
