我们正在寻找一位兼具商业思维和用户研究能力的人才，负责探索客户需求、验证业务假设，并通过科学的实验和研究方法支持业务决策。该岗位将与业务团队紧密合作，从模糊的商业问题出发，设计验证方案、推动实验落地，结合数据分析，客户研究、产品探索、创新战略及商业判断的岗位。

As Business Unit Head the chosen candidate defines and executes the overall strategy for the BU to create successful long- and short term growth and profitability. As a Head of the BU, the chosen candidate is responsible for an approx. team of 50 people who will be looking to candidate for daily co-operation, development and long-term vision.

积极开发优质企业客户资源，包括跨国企业、头部民营企业、金融机构、专业服务机构及新经济企业；

• 全面负责公司合同审核与谈判、重大交易风险管控、公司治理事务、合规体系建设、争议解决及外部律师管理，并向管理层提供法律风险评估与决策支持。

• 制定商业地产项目年度整合营销战略，统筹品牌定位、招商推广及资产增值目标

• 拥有计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
• 拥有计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python、Java或C++。
