Conduct market research and study, build target tenant database, develop project positioning strategy, and execute leasing and marketing activities. Experience in leasing or property management of pharmaceutical industrial park or business park, or strategic consultancy in life science, pharmaceutical enterprises in strategic development or healthcare-dedicated investment firm. Good network in healthcare sector with government departments and marketing agents.
