The Plant Operation Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing plants, ensuring efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness. As the Systems Engineering Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced system-level design, development, integration, and validation activities for our interior HMI buttons, digital keys, and battery power management systems. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the high quality and reliability of our products, while meeting the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
